hmmm, pulled a +1 and a +3 so I just figured the True Hearts dropped as well. Anyone else know of this?

True Heart dont drop!! The way is get with epic dungeons tokens or DDO Store!!

Yeah bro, while your still 20 go do some epics, 20 epic dungeon tokens gets you a True heart. Doesn't take too long, can knock it out in a day or two if you try hard enough. Multiple toons can do it in just a matter of hours.
