Anyway, I think this is possible since silver and gold are lottery items and they aren't found in the store.

You want to play the lotto.....you get arrows, a quiver or traveler tokens. Period.

I am not sure about rare drops becoming a fixture in the lottos but I would love to see more themed lottos and far less 'win 100 arrows' useless lottos.

Anytime I get anything worth anything it's always on the guys I rolled up on other servers just to get a quick 50 TP for favor, they are **** lucky! Just not anybody on my main server!

I think the best thing I ever got on main server was a level 1 sorcerer gold seal hireling! Not counting the tasty ham test lotto they did. I did get a pendant of travel but it was won by a mule that hasn't left the harbor bank in his life and it is btc .

At this point I would be happy to win a quiver!

It's ok, stainer. Give it a bit longer and your stones will drop for you. It just takes some guys longer than others.

I would never want anything to take from game play. That is probably the hardest part.

Some things you could consider:

Rare Drops, other than weapons.

Scrolls, Seals, Shards. I have a hard time seeing how this would take away from the game given that they are so rare already.

Guild Acceleration Lottery!
If your guild is less than level 35 (or 25-35, something low) Your guild gains 1 Lvl! This may or may not be well received, or may be hard, or impossible to code.

Large Ingredient Lottery!
1 of each large shroud ingredient.

Don't Disappear Lottery!
Full set of boots of anchoring ingredients.

+2 tomes (random small chance and not often)
elite opening tokens (i'm vip but lots are not)
Random TP giveaways (25-1000)
I wouldn't mind seeing random rare loot (NOT raid loot) drop, but it'd have to either be bound to account or unbound, not btc please

Once a month an armor skin kit, or cosmetic helm. Would be neat if you could apply some theme to it, like the green hair colors for St. Patty's Day. That was cool.

Example: October could be the Beast2 with Spooky Mask, only a couple winners per server.

Wouldn't hurt with all the inventory issues that DDO has to lotto some large bags occasionally, not often, and not alot but occasionally. Would go toward softening the aggravation of when you create loads of new items for us to deal with/organize/use.

So far there's only been one lottery I've signed up all my alts for over and over with absolutely nothing to show for it.
The Hair Crazy Lottery. I'm really only interested in the royal blue but I won't spend 200pts or even 100pts on something I cannot tryout first. Maybe someone could have a talk with the Quartermaster about 1pt previews to hair styles and hair colors.
