Greetings DDO, it goes on my nerves everytime you update the game its the same in some place you forget that im a premium user. One time you forget that i got more charslots and one time you for get my bank slot. I can live with that but this time you are top. I cant write a in game ticket cause there is no more button for this in Compendium is written you only get the button if you are a vip or premium. So i hope you read it im premium i spend enough money to be premium i've played this game for many years now but im thinking about leaving. Some may ask why do you write this. At first its why no one answers my tickets that ive send with my browser the second is that i like to know if there are other ppl with that problem

As it explains in this sticky thread, Premium players only have In-Game help access for limited period after a single purchase.
