Catacombs bug?

Hello,

I purchased the catacombs quest arc and have since become entirely unable to exit the catacombs themselves while working on the quest chain. this applies to both a toon on Argonessen and on Thelenis. The door to Stormreach is there, but it does not light up as a usable door when a cursor is put over it, nor can I find anyway to use it or find another way out. According to other players this should not be happening. Quite frustrating, as I am low-enough level that the chain is extremely hard--in fact this issue made me give DDO up for about a year.

Never heard of this bug before though. Are you sure you are looking at the right door?
