also, stops hating on drizzt, sure hes popular, and was the origin of, not a cliche (in fantasy novels that is, he was the first major one), doesnt mean he sucks. yeesh.

I had that spelling on day 1 of Head Start (within seconds of the servers opening up actually). He was an Elven Ranger (you couldn't be a drow yet) and while I was running around with him during the first week, a GM sent me a /tell asking me what I wanted his new name to be as he was going to rename him.

tl;dr You will not be able to keep that name for more than a day probably so don't worry about what class/race he's going to be.

According to WotC, his official build is ftr 10 / barb 1 / rgr 5; that's easy enough to upgrade to ftr 12 / barb 2 / rgr 6, although a "poor man's Monster" (ftr 12 / rgr 6 / rogue 2) makes more sense to me. Scimitars are the canonical weapons, but khopeshs would be better DPS and are still curvy.

Honestly, I hate to say it but you will most likely be forced to rename your character. Turbine doesn't allow names such as that in their campaign.

I think you just earned yourself a rename by pointing out you are using a name that is copywritted and whic Turbine does not have license to use or allow to be used.

i think you should make him a lvl one complete gimp build (ranger will do fine, be sure to max out wiz and charisma). put him in a guild of your own called coyles rejects. leave him in a tavern pvp zone and let us all have a laugh nuking him.

The rule you highlighted in red makes it against the rules to name a character after a NPC or character presented in the story line of DDO. That makes it "illegal" to name your character Haywire, Goodblade or after a hireling ect....
