Craftable trinket from DDO store broken?

I bought a craftable trinket from the DDO store and tried to put a shard of persuasion on it (it's supposed to go on trinkets), but when I put the trinket in the machine, the only recipe that came up was the +6 potential recipe. Upgraded it to Plus 6 potential and the only recipe that now comes up is the +7 potential. No other recipe is able to go on it.

Even though it says it is ready for crafting, I found that I had to deconstruct mine first before I could add shards to it. Weird, but it worked.

Also, when you deconstruct it, it will revert back to the +5 versus the +6 after you upgraded it.
