You made cause fear, daze and the sleep spells usable, fantastic guys (and gals).
Made the power word spells something to be feared. (not just power word fear)
Now I can put a group of giants to sleep and watch them all fall into a heap.
I'd just increase the duration of deep slumber from 20+ caster level to 30+ caster level so it's more than sleep (even though sleep has a slight disadvantage over deep slumber in it's effectiveness)
The will power and other saving throw modifiers for cloud spells are good also, but I'd go further.
Things that are on their back (flat footed) or held, stoned should get NO reflex saving throw they always fail it. How can you evade if you're held still?
I'd make contagion cause a targets fortitude save to go down by 4 while they're diseased in addition to it's other effects (depending on which one you chose)
So some casters may cast that before a finger of death to be really sure
Phantasmal killer i'd actually weaker a bit more, but more enjoyable, by making it more like it's pnp equivalent. Being that the death isnt instantaneous, a spectral beastie (a random creature from the entire DDO bestiary with transparency and purple/blue colour tinge would be perfect) should appear and attack them (nobody can attack it). If the creature gets a hit on their base AC (ie no armor just dex) they need to make their FORT save or die, and take the physical damage even if they make the save. You can choose to run from the creature for X seconds. Or also maybe let somebody dispel it.
It's certainly be funny seeing a creature die instantly from a phantasmal kobold hitting it

Sure we'd loose the cthulu claws death display but we'd gain a lot more for it's loss. And i'm sure some other as yet unimplemented spell would be fine with that effect.
This would be a preparation for making other ILLUSION spells that create creatures to attack people (for players and monsters)
