Currently after we finish epic quests, the reward from NPC are still low level stuffs.
Suggestion: If the difficulty we have done is Epic, please make the end reward the same level as the loot drop from epic quest chests.

I think all those +2 daggers are supposed to be Festivult stocking stuffers, not considered real end rewards.

Why ? you don't run epic quests for the end rewards.
You run epic quests/raids for the epic chests (seals, shards, named items) and or scrolls.
But hey, if devs want to spend extra time changing around the loot tables for epic quests, I won't
object...just don't see the need.
...giving epic rewards in 20th raid rewards list, if you have run all/more than 15/most those 20 raids on epic.
i would love to pick shard of sos from there after 20 eDragons...

Currently the loot system has two options: You get something really fancy (seal, scroll), or you get **** (the aforementioned +2 dagger.) Changing the end reward would make it so you at least have a chance at some decent random loot, which, though it doesn't compare with a scroll, is still nice.

Never made it to Epic levels, but I sure would be miffed to get a "Masterwork Junk Item" as a reward...

Once the eliminate all the cheesy, content-bypassing loopholes, sure.
Until then, no.
This has been brought up many times before on the forums. The devs never respond.
It's a big let down to get ML8 end rewards from epic VON and epic DQ. I'd love to see this changed to provide ML20 items. You know, something actually on par with epic content.

At least treat your end reward as if it was a Level 20 quest.
In the current version, there is no keeping track of the difficulty level of a completed quest. The suggestion in the first post would require an overhaul of the quest log mechanics. I guess keeping track of the difficulty of completing quests should be relatively simple, since the game is already tracking (at a prespecified event) whether the quest is completed or not. When the quest log also tracks difficulty, end rewards can be generated according to a simple formula (and even vary between normal and elite difficulty).
As this change is pretty credible and implementable I can only type the following:

Yeah epic endreward! Epic Sos as an endreward, saves some tim on grinding for shards, seals and scrolls

End rewards for epics should be the same as chests in the quest in question on epic (not the end epic chest, but the rest of them).
Then 20th should be a list of the named items in the quest in this case the appropriate seals, shards, and scrolls.

I think this could be done (oh no I am committing my own worse pet peve - saying something is easy to alter based on my assumptions of how it is coded, but i will do it anyway) by the mechanic that keeps track of a completion being N/H/E/ or Ep, it could change the loot table of the end reward. I would think that all epic quests could have the same loot base, but would have the chance for any special loot related to that quest... and this is where it breaks down. When I run an eChrono, i want the chance at one of the abashi set items. The same is true with Red Fens... so then trying to make it so it is the 'best of both worlds would lead to over complexity.
If i have to choose between getting a +2 dagger after running an eDA and being able to pull the named loot associated with the quest, or getting some type of epic level loot that does not allow an epic run to pull the named loot, then I think I would want things to remain as is.
Quest givers have never known or cared what difficulty you ran a quest at.
I don't see this changing, and I also don't see much of a reason to change it.
