Of course we would like to be viable at raids and maybe epic stuff in the future...
With a cleric to heal during the hairier fights it may not be so important. With displacement and DR as its primary means of damage mitigation, extra HP provides that cushion should things go pear-shaped (cleric tripped/stunned, unlucky save rolls, etc)

Its a very nice group though and with gear and smart play should not have any problems short-manning with most raids and some epics.
