Massive bugs after update? list em here

I've noticed some graphical errors, ie. water reflections are shown backwards, directly behind the character.
And object and landscape outlines when viewed in front of water surfaces, show strange effects, and also antialiasing forms white outlines around characters when viewed in front of water surfaces.

Had to run Korthos (Helping my bro out) in the First Catacolms quest the water where the traps are has flooded most of the room I thought it was hilarious!!

And another note: In Sorrowdusk I had a pocket cleric and we needed to go and sell/repair we exited the instance went to the market and then back (gone Longer then 5 minutes) went back into Sorrow and the Cleric still showed in the party however it was no where around so not only did I lose the cleric after finally disbanning the party but it took up a spot that I could not empty in Sorrow Wilderness. Very annoying....
