I have smiting as a enhancement on my dragon touched armor. It does not appear to be giving me all of the new bonuses that come along with Smiting.
No, it caps at L11 for +30 - it doesn't get any higher. The CL26 from Air Savant III will work on the duration. It
stacks with your inherent 15 lightning resistance to give 45.
If you're L20 you will still get 30 from it - for 11 minutes. I was responding to someone who was L19 andI do not think I have noticed a change in duration for Resist Acid, and am pretty sure I am still getting 30 from it.
I should go check again, just to be sure.
thought their 20 points of acid resistance was a bug. That's all you get at CL10.
Mouse wheel zoom in/out stopped working problem, fixed it by reloading client.
Sound bug: When you tab out to Windows then back to the DDO client you get the DM voice of the last one played or at least I thinks it's the last one. Freaked me out the first time it happen
Others have also reported this problem. Windows 7 64bit
Teleport points not always working the first time probably due to lag.
Unless I am mistaken, they had previously fixed the bug that for guild favor rewards you had to have an empty inventory slot. That bug is back. You must again have an empty inventory slot to get the guild reknown rewards.

Yeah, tabbing out and back in I randomly get DM voice from past adventures (and often it is voice that didn't get spoken while in the adventure).
It is only part of the text (a few seconds, or part of a random sentence), such as, "...there are Trolls here!"
The last one I 100% remember it on was after completing Redwillow and running to the House J teleporter.

This bug has actually been around for a while, pops up whenever it's laggy. The best part is you may be stuck with the ghost hireling in your party almost indefinitely. I had it happen to me once quite some time ago and needed to get a GM to remove him. unless you're unscrupulous you can add other party members, pass the star and stick them with him. That's how it happened to me the first time...
I've been having buggy "Mouse doesn't work" issues since U9 period. I didn't think anything of it because I use a gamepad and it's always been a LITTLE wonky. if your CPU is handy enough, unplugging and replugging the device seems to be the fastest fix. if you go into keymapping it will look like tons of random stuff is just "unmapped" for no explicable reason, but unplugging and replugging fixes functionality(if not displaying the mapping properly in the UI)
I keep on hearing the Medusa lines (Eyes of stone) each time I log back in the game then the 'Framework' Medusa line after changing maps. I already got use to the voice over and was no longer bothered hearing them.
And my mouse wheel stops working 25% of the time which can be fixed by pressing 'home'/'page up' keys on the keypad.
Clerics healing charmed enemies. Still.
Also - not that I'm complaining much about this one, but I have found no range limit to my Scorching Ray as of yet . . . I think it even goes around corners.
(The corners part was a joke, but the range is sick.)
This happens to me as well. After U9 it started happening a lot more and my solution was to re-install the client using the latest downloadable files. Still happens, but rarely. Usually in the ToD entrance...
On another note, has anyone noticed a slower attack speed? Either that or haste not increasing the attack speed?

well i've been very luckly in that i have had no bugs or any mouse problems or lag problems or any other problems with ddo EXCEPT crashes. before U9, the game crashes about once every 50 hours of play, which to me is perfectly acceptable. After U9, random crashes occur about once every 4 hours of play, and persistent crashes (crashes that definately will happen, i.e. 100% chance of happening) occur when i enter sands in gianthold, and the necro4 wilderness area. so each time i start a quest, just before i enter the wilderness area, i'll activate my shortcut key that types the following message in party chat "ddo will crash when i enter this area (has been crashing consistantly since update 9). i will relog back in. please wait for me :-)"
luckily for me, it never crashes during a quest, only when i enter a wilderness area... so it slows the party down, but doesn't really affect the gameplay.
OK Folks Can we get all the **** from update 9 fixed before westart talking about an update 10???? Please???
Would You offer your throat to the Wolf with the red roses?
bugs in update 9.
1. lag. bad lag. - they know about this.
2. you can no longer target a freindly and manualy aim spells/arrows/bolts. maybe deliberate but its definatly impacted on play style.
3. greater dragon mark of storm is being negatively impacted by taking air savant - damage goes down from 150+ to 25 or less.
4. the following spells do dmage that is diferent to the description.
fire sheild.
cloudkill
incendry cloud.
5. the savant increase to max spell caster lvl does not work on most spells.
6. targeting - fireball/acidblast and various sla's including the pale master necrotic bolt and blast cannot be manualy targeted and will only travel on the X axis.

Don't know if it's a bug or WAI but Amrath quests do not seem to be awarding boot ingredients anymore... 22 runs at various difficulties with a full party yielded no boot mats for anyone in the party, even on elite.
Don't know if anyone else got hit by this, but when I was taking my 8th level rogue through Jungles of Kyber, I found out (as a rude shock) that Bluff didn't allow me to draw out individual opponents. It used to make some noise and draw the specific opponent I targeted out when I was in stealth...this time it aggroed the rare beholder on me. I tested it several more times afterward in Searing Heights, and it did the same thing. I did Bug Report it, though.
Game constantly crashing due to some error and forcing my monitor to go into power saver mode; it appears to be some crazy video error, and I've tried EVERYTHING under the sun to fix it; it's not my PC, but a Turbine issue that is happening with DDO and LOTRO since their most recent updates. Oh yeah, and also I'm experiencing the massive lag issues with both games. Much more lag than usual.
