    Probably the DDO program/data files are fragmented. Try defragmenting the hard drive on which they are installed (by default C).

    There's an additional, older bug which is seen by a memory leak upon swapping toons. If you swap toons too many times you eventually cause the client to eat up too much memory and crash. Very annoying.

    Defrag cannot be the problem because I did/do it frequently and did it 2 days ago. But well, maybe it just needs an everyday procedure.

    Thanks for information. Client crashes by swapping toons too many times is annoying as well as those friggin crashes when zoning into the desert. geez it seems I have all the technical problems which can ever occur.

    Yes, this is very annoying. I bug reported it, too. Crafting is time consuming and boring, and I like to keep the LFM panel open while I'm doing it so I can watch for any interesting groups to join. But then sometimes I close the LFM panel to get into a different ingredient bag, or just out of habit, and it's annoying that the crafting windows close too.

    Casting extended haste in a public area, on my 20 wiz, a couple of times, I got a 12 second haste and not the expected 4 minute one.
    Working crafted handwraps, that would be nice. Anytime soon.

    I logged in yesterday just to fiddle with crafting. After I logged in I ran up to the entrance to the crafting hall, then realized I needed to put in a load of laundry. I put in said laundry and come back to find my computer had rebooted. I was gone all of five minutes. I didn't think much of it at the time, but it might be related to U9 stability. So add me in to those who have experienced a hard crash.

    Running Ritual Sacrifice last night one of the enemy cast I believe Ice Storm on us. Two of our party members took damage and continued to take damage through multiple resz's and even a shrine. Logging out and back in did seam to remove the effect.

    If you are a savant that is just like it is now. You cast 45 on your chosen element, 15 on the opposite and 30 on the other 2.


    Could you PLEASE give us the possibility to switch on and of the savant auras?

    I've been seeing some crazy bugs since the update.

    1) my Wail of the Banshee cooldown is stupid long.
    2) my vorpals arent working

    fix this.

    Yeah, the to-hit wasn't working on crafted wraps and this latest update was suppose to fix it. I'm not sure if the crafted wraps got fixed since I haven't crafted any, but all my randomly generated wraps and named wraps don't have the to-hit applying. And it is something that the Devs are "looking into."

    I consider myself lucky if I make it into any explorer area without my game crashing.

    Have also noticed monsters vanishing upon what I hope is death because I'm also not seeing the damage I've dealt to kill it either. Just poof! lol

    650+ ms ping times. Started yesterday. I am grouped with people and I swing at stuff, nothing registers and I see the mob die. Typical major lag.

    Before yesterday my ping was never above 80-150ms. Not great to begin with but hella better than 780ms, which was the worst I saw yesterday the few times I checked it.

    I've seen a lot of what other posters are seeing. It's the result of the horrible ping times... It's like shroud x 200

    well, that is not what happened.

    I cast fire once it came up as 20....second time it went to 30...back to back casting.

    I cast resist cold...I am a cold sorc...and I got 15....15....cast it a second time and then it went to 45. I am supposed to have 15 anyway..not sure how it can stack to 45...but still, it took two casts of resist energy, for both types, to get over 20....that is wrong.

    seems like the savant thing is messing with this...and apparently a lot of other spells too (as the guy who got a 12 second haste instead of his extended 4 minute haste in town, previous post)

    there is something buggy going on....


    the savant says -3 levels to fire spells for me...not 20 resist...I am 19th level, 3 levels should mean nothing to that since 11 is where 30 resist comes in.

    My Warchanter II lost his Greatsword proficiency.
    The proficiency is still visible on his his enhancements tab, but does not actually apply to the weapon.

    Game hard locks up when I am using the bank in the Marketplace. Every other bank works fine..... tested. Also tested with every character I have (6). Server Argo. Always have to ctrl+alt+delete so I can end process.

    Once again, the bank in the market place..... doesn't matter which bank teller either.

    Triple Water would mean a CL 10 for Fire, so a 20 resist would be where you are at. 3X -3 CL is 9 levels, 19-9=10

    Do you mean you can run in place but can't move, jump, etc?


    I have had that happen to me occasionally in the past couple of months. The fix that worked for me(suggested by a guildie) is tumbling. Restarting the client does it too, but before you do that try to tumble, has worked for me the past 2 times, and for another guy in party that got stuck couple weeks ago.
