Does Force Burst Arrow have ghost touch?

Obviously, the Arcane Archer's Force Arrow ability gives ghost touch but I've never gone up the enhancement tree to Force Burst Arrow. I know the actual use of the ability is up for debate, but just wanted to know if it had ghost touch as the description is unclear.

Except that charged gauntlet doesn't work with ranged so you're making no sense here.

spectral gloves giving ghost touch is merely an added benefit. people wear epic spectral gloves for +4 to hit.
