    Default Yes.

If I'm not mistaken, if an enemy is cursed, he will have a negative 4 to all saves and stunning is a save ability.

Not sure these handwraps can be crafted though.

Uh, I think Jahmin meant to say they're not craftable (since handwraps are not coded as Bludgeoning weapons properly).

Hitting a monster with Cursespewing weapons, the Curse spell, Symbol of Pain, shaken effects etc. will affect their saves.

However, I don't think you can get Improved Cursespewing and Stunning +10 on the same pair of wraps, I believe the earliest that each of these effects can be found on non race required handwraps is at level 12. Maybe race required ones might be possible?

(However an Improved Cursespewing of Stunning +10 quarterstaff is very possible, Handwraps are just coded so...oddly)

I have a pair of +1 Improved Roaring handwraps of Stunning +10. They are ML 18. Wiki says that Imp Curse is +1 base price modifier higher than Imp Roar. My wraps are +10 and Wiki says...◦Currently the maximum base price modifier in the game is 11 (higher value items would not be equippable by level 20 characters).

I don't know all that much about the subject but from the little I read it seems it would be possible. They'd be ML 20 or ML 18 with a racial req.

I think the imp roaring one are a better option since they have a DC 28 will save compared to the DC 20 will save for imp curse.

Not sure how effective these wraps would be since anything you need help stunning most likely has high saves so getting something to stick would take awhile. By then anything that wasn't immune to either effect should be dead.

honestly, regular cursespewing is the way to go on this imo. by the time you're able to equip improved cursespewing/stunning +10, the only stuff that's failing the curse save on anything other than a 1 is stuff that you don't need to debuff to land your stun on anything but a 20, i bet.
