While you're testing, try throwing Acid Rain around. I dare say you'll be pleasantly surprised.

For normal ticks on mobs which do not have a specific vulnerability, helplessness or curse:

    16 * (1 + 1 + 0.5) * (1 + 1 +0.5 + 0.2) = 108 avg. (87 - 128)

This is assuming Earth Savant III, Eardweller, 50% in enhancements, max+emp and BoP.

(when I tested Earth Savant, it was only adding an extra +1 to the caster level related damage
as the calculation is +1 per two caster levels. Three extra levels only nets you +1 from this)
    Thanks for the heads up.

What about stacking Melf's with Acid Fog, Acid Rain, Cloudkill, and Burning Blood?

If these all stack independently, it would make sense to not allow a melf's triple-stack.

I know that my Air Savant can stack Eladar's, Niac's, and Burning Blood together with either Wall of Fire or Ice Storm or Incendiary Cloud, but I honestly have not looked to see if the similar elemental types are both doing damage. I mostly just try to pump as many DoTs out as I can and hope to not draw aggro.

Knowing what really stacks with what would be most helpful.

Thamor's set would give it an additional +2 max caster level bringing it to 15 which would give it 1 more base dmg.

    As such 17*(1+1+.5)(1+1+.5+.2)=114.75 average

    This is eardwellered/max/emp/capstoned/thamors set/all 50% enhancement.

Add weakness and your up to 131.9625 avg

Burning blood does the same for both fire and acid btw.

Is the -9 Effective Caster Level penalty applying to Burning Blood at all for Air and Water Savants?

    If so, how?
