You could grab pingplotter and check your connectivity to gls.ddo.com

A DXDiag report and information about your internet connection (wired/wireless, home/dorm, etc.) would be helpful.

fixed and that's the problem of proxy setting which might be due to virus
anyway, i can log in now and get my ToD pack today
