I want to make a 19 barbarian/1 rogue.
The only reason i want the rogue is for disabling traps and other things in that nature.
Anyone know of any good builds for this, and is this a hard build to play? if so whats best to go with a lvl1 rogue

Well a barbarian 19/rogue 1 -- wouldn't that make it bar-rogue?
What does the 19th level of barbarian give you, 1 DR? Because rogue 2 gives you evasion which is almost guaranteed to be more valuable.
Most barb/rogue builds don't deal with traps because they don't have enough skill points to keep the key skills maxed out. You can do it if you ignore everything except Search and DD, but is that what you really want? There are no skill points for the "other things" you refer to without pumping INT and that gimps a barbarian by definition.
Barbarians are all STR and CON, sometimes DEX if they fancy TWF. Rogue for traps doesn't fit in. Rogue for evasion, that works.
Imagine something like this:
"I'M GOING TO SILENTLY ASSASSINATE YOU! AAAAAAAAAARG!"
Edit: Oh right.. ontopic.
Make it 2 levels of rogue for evasion if you use the twf feat line. (dex 17+) You may be short on skillpoints for search, dd and balance.
If you ask me I'd take balance/intimidate/umd but thats not your goal.

Feel free to contradict yourself!
Barb / rogue is less than ideal because you can't disable traps or pick locks or use scrolls or, well, do much except hit things while Raging; also barbs don't get as many skill pts as, say, rangers or bards. That said, it is doable, esp. if you know quests well enough to have memorized trap locations (or, failing that, look `em up on ddowiki) so you know when not to Rage.
Also, barb 19 doesn't add much; rogue 2 for Evasion & extra skill pts makes much more sense, esp. if you're going TWF.
Some questions: THF or TWF? 28 or 32 pt build? Which races do you have? Etc.

I thought barbs were supposed to run right through traps, rather than disabling them...
If you build the 18/2 barb/rogue as mentioned above, and have awesome reflex saves and bonuses to saves vs. traps, you really could run through quite a few traps without much of a scratch.

Here's a build I did a long time ago - amazing what you find when you root thru your build folder!28-pt THF human rogue 2 / barb 18: good DPS; lots of HPs (>400 w/out tomes or items); max ranks in Search, Disable, & UMD; no tomes req'd so any F2Per can pull it off. Since it doesn't start taking the THF feats until lvl 12, it would be a good idea to learn how to twitch ASAP.

I played around with this idea in the char builder a while back and its doable.
Like the others suggested, 2 rogue is infinately more useful than another barb level.
Barb and rangers get same number of skill points (base 4) but rangers get search and spot as class skills which makes keeping those maxed easier (spot isn't vitally important but is nice). You can always fins traps by running into them, but you'll be burning through your rage while taking time to search and disable - provided you don't have to dismiss the rage to do so! That uncertainty was reason I never rolled the character.
I think with 12 starting INT, Human for extra skill point per level, and a +2 into tome at 7 you can manage to keep search and disable and UMD at Max ranks. After lvl 7 you have another skill point to throw into open locks, which is enough for 95% of content. Hold the 2nd rogue level for as long as possible (14, after tier 2 barb PrE) and use the extra skill points to boost OL or balance.
Off the top of my head starting stats were STR 16, DEX 15, CON 16, WIS 8, INT 12, CHA 8. Only needed tomes is +2 DEX for TWF feats, and +2 INT if OL is important to you. If you have 2 TRs under your belt you can drop CON to 15 and pump STR to 18.
