Guild Roster information on MyDDO is woefully out of date, at least for my guild: http://my.ddo.com/guild-orien-over_raided/
There are characters listed who haven't been in the guild for more than 12 months. It looks like information is being added to the roster (when new people join), just not removed when characters are kicked/deleted.

Our MyDDO Guild roster shows no characters and a leader that left the guild months ago. I would love to know who to contact to get this resolved.

I am not a developer but I will acknowledge the word underneath MyDDO on the MyDDO webpage. That word is BETA.
