+1 Greater heart of wood

I have a friend looking to unload a +1 greater heart of wood, so I'm posting to get some info as well as discuss what he'd take in return.

Can anyone suggest the following:
1) Overall valuation...
2) Reasonable items to get in return for a level 17 fighter who most likely isn't going to do raiding content but just likes to smash things with a greataxe.
3) In trade/cost, platinum as a straight deal doesnt necessarily make much sense, but is it reasonable to discuss valuation in terms of a greensteel greataxe blank along with some/all the necessary components to craft it into a really solid weapon for him and/or other items.

Any info/offers are certainly appreciated.

this is one of those items that are worthless to most, but extremely valueable to the right buyer. give it the same value as any 1 of the more valueable scrolls with the exception of marilith chain or sos.

I have purchased 3 +3 lesser hearts in the past two weeks. I paid between 10-13 million gold for each one. Just giving you a price check. By the way I could always use another one if he decides to outright sell it .
