    Default Copy n' paste question

My friend wanted to try DDO, but he told me today that he tried downloading it and it said in the box that it would take 56 hours or something like that.

So, I got DDO on my PC because a friend of mine downloaded and put it on a DVD for me, but that was 2 years ago, and I don't know what to "put" on the DVD anyways

So, can I, and if so, what should I copy into a DVD so he can also play without having to download the game for 56 (maybe even more) hours?

He would need the actual installation program, but I don't think that DDO puts an archive of that on our computers that we could put onto a DVD for a friend.

What kind of internet connection does your friend have? Sometimes the initial estimate for download time can be a bit exaggerated. When I installed DDO, it gave a ridiculous estimate but then only took me 4 or 5 hours. Your friend could start the download before going to sleep, and then see if it completes by the time he wakes up.

Yeah, I must have had the installation program back then, it was when the guy on the opening form was still a Horned Devil

Eh, I guess we should try downloading it the hard way then, since I lost the DVD I had
