Pale Master Equipment to Search for

So i have a lvl 13 pale master and have been throwing together equipment as I level, but i havent really searched out the best for each level. Can people offer item suggestions in level ranges? I am planning to TR this toon and would like to know what I should keep.

Epic I read LeoRics post and he said:
Epic torc of raiyum de II
Demon Consort Bracers
Con Opp shroud item
Epic Lion headed Belt Buckle
Epic Ring of Mire
Enervation guard hp shroud item
Epic Robe of Shadow/Shroud

I see that as best to get at 20, but what about Before that? what gear will help me get this stuff?

1.IMO, u dont need a EPIC torc, just alt with a noxious ember.
2.Demon Consort is nice and epic form is preferred because of the yellow slot. It should be stable at bracer slot.
3.I would put greensteel at google/glove and one would be conc oppo.
4.Personally I prefer erie belt to lion because it augments death aura heal a bit
5.For second ring, I think epic shaman band/epic ring of mire is a good combination
6.On a human if u got litany, epic robe of diabolist would be my full time wear if u only got +2 int tome.

What about the earlier levels? like 6-10 and 10-14 and so on?

I have the red fens set and an ogre magi wand, but that's pretty much it for named items. any suggestions?

A few good ones for 10-14 range:

scepter of the fleshweaver
shroud of the abbot
ring of hatred (harm clickies)
scepter of mad trickery
madstone or skyvault shield
skiver
elfcrafted robe (if ur lazy or unlucky)

and....

the base items for all that epic gear.
