I searched for the answer here and in-game and couldn't find anything. BTW, the /advice channel should only be open to people who have a clue.

Anyway, I've got the three sigils (dragon, lion, goat) of House D and I'd like to craft them with the Torn Chitin Bracers that I got. So how do I get to the crafting device? I've been to the tower in house D and I don't see a way up.
