Pale Master: Spell Penetration

I have a TR-ed AM wizard with a wizard past life and thinking to TR him again to try a PM path this time.

The problem is that I would rather go with a WF due to a heavy investment in docents (full line-up of Mabar ones etc.) and the fact that this wont be his final life and I will likely to TR him again in future.

Feats I am considering are:

1 extend
1w maximize

3 past life: arcane initiate

5w SF: necro

6 Empower

9 Toughness

10w SF: ench

12 GSF: necro

15 Insightful Ref
15w Heighten

18 GSF: Ench

20w Quicken

The question to pale masters is this: would you think I'll be OK without spell penetration feat with two wiz past lives only?

I do not have a single Spell Pen feat as an ench/conj AM with a single past life currently and I am doing OK but wonder if the above will be sufficient for the insta-kill spells with two wiz past lives only.

Of course there is an option to swap Extend for a Spell Pen somewhere past lvl 15-ish here too if this won't cut it.

i'm confused. why is going warforged a problem?

i'll grant that it isn't exactly the race that gains the most from pale master, but it certainly isn't *bad* either.

and no, i don't think you'll have problems with no spell pen feats. obviously, it would be nice to have another, but not really needed or anything.

You won't have many problems with spell pen (it'll be the same as a first life wiz with both feats), except on epic drow (you won't bypass at all without some feats + PLs) and some raid bosses (usually need a 5~6 or higher for bypassing pit fiend SR). Quicken really isn't that necessary, you'll have a HoT helping to keep you alive, and you can adapt to jump casting neg energy burst.

I have a double enchant/double necro focus PM atm, and the only reason i don't TR right now and drop the enchant focus in favor of more spell pen is I'm thinking that insta kills in epics will be nerfed soon.

GSF: Necro

Heighten
Spell pen

GSF: Enchant

Quicken

I'm human so one extra feat but you have a second past life i miss, so same SP; i usually leave quicken last as i use it near only in ToD (tanking shadows and offtanking first part) and few epics where even with 55ish concentration i really don't feel safe

I'll hold swapping extend for G. spell penetration to see wether they change the balance in epics or not (if they don't, i'll strongly consider an additional +2)
