Do in game GMs speak the 2 languages added to the game?

Lately, i've been seeing people be quite harassing in German. After a report, nothing really seems to happen.

Do these GMs even understand what is being written?

I can confirm that we have GMs that speak both French and German.

Please do keep in mind that we don't discuss actions (or conversations) with anyone other than the owner of the account. So if you submit a report, you won't know what is said, or what happens, with/to the player you're reporting.
