Just because they are a TR doesn't mean they know what there doing in the shroud , I mean come on , with your first life you don't even have to step into the shroud to cap let alone do any of the quests . You know they have a tier 3 greensteel because they linked it for ya ? or did you MyDDO them ? Even if they do it's not that hard to pike enough raids to make one especially if they don't complete and farm it for the shards and materials or trade for them ...

Sorry, missed your post earlier. I used MyDDO - it was current as of like two hours before the Shroud. I dunno.. they had *a lot* of gear, not just Shroud stuff. Abbot stuff. I'm really leaning more towards lazy than stupid.

Coulda been a dual-boxer. They seemed too active during the looting phases w/everyone else, but I suppose some people are better at the dual-WASD skills than I. I've piked my friend's toons through stuff if I'm soloing a quest, or doing it with guildies and didn't fill, and I have to stop what I'm doing on one screen, switch to the other, or I fall off of stuff. XD

Truth is for me, to 'prevent' pikers i usually advertise as a 'speed run, byob' type thing, ask ppl to buff 'as we go' and hit the ground running once inside.

Groups usually fill fast, and it goes pretty quick, and most times u won't find ppl 'coasting for a free ride' as much.
