I'm clueless as to what it's worth though.
Large shroud ingredients or ToD boot pieces are always welcome, but I have a feeling the docent isn't all that valuable.

Levelling up a WF FvS (melee) with my fiance... No room for potency maces when you're swinging a Greatsword and I'm too wee for an Amrath Necklace.

I get along ok with clickies, but after the 16th Shadow Crypt run, I forget to pump up the cures. I notice it when I hit my big toaster ass for a whopping 25HP, lol.

Seems like it would be like Jinx's Vexation- good for a few levels, then banked. The undocumented effect is it makes this lazy healer not have to look at her buff bar for Ardor pots to run out.

TL;DR Greatsword in hand, want a static Devotion/Potency item for a WF healer.

Not to derail further, but have you considered the Sora Kell set? You'd have to be sans Minos for a few levels, but that's hardly a concern for a beefy WF FVS. It also has the added benefit of boosting your Blade Barriers and giving the +2 hit/+2 damage.

Ah, gotcha. I decided to not bother upgrading them since it makes 'em BtC, and the nonupgraded versions are still fine for leveling.
