So I was thinking today, I might as well admit it... come out in the open and say it.

I'm a myDDO-aholic. I can't stop myself from perving on ALL OF YOU. When you join my groups, I have my eyes all over your gear, your starting stats and your feats. I can't help myself. At times, I have declined some for not being up to the cut (I feel like an elitist prick, and I deserve alot of the hatred directed toward me, but to be honest--most deserved the decline).

I've tried to quit, I can't do it. Cold turkey on myDDO turned me into a paranoid, rocksmashing neanderthal. I started asking people to link their gear in my runs. PM'ing people to tell me what their toons were about. PRYING and NOSING for feats and starting stats.

I'm sure you're all wondering where this is going... and why Larry is trying to turn the Khyber forum into an AA-meeting or something of that nature. I'm asking a big favor of Khyber... List for me the best toons on Khyber. Regardless of class, race, starting stats or gear, I will DDO them all. If you ever wanted to be watched from a distance, here is your chance (that's mainly directed at Felgor, but I'm open to stalking any takers)

You're doing it wrong. What you really need to do is get yourself a full set of Korthos gear and equip that, and then get the debuff thing. A few empty slots looks like unpreparedness. All empty slots looks like you were bored!

1. I think creating a list of what ppl thought would be the best players would cause crazy drama which in the end would be a pretty neat thread to read.

2. Myddo still doesn't correctly work for everyone. For example if you put in a character transfer, it usually messes your entire roster up lol.

3. that 13 fighter 5 pali 2 rogue was the correct combo..... sadly hahahhahhaha fake tanks ftw!

You can do better than that. Obviously, if your myddo shows some haggle gear, people understand that you swapped out real stuff and then logged out. But if you log out with 8 or 9 pieces of haggle gear, and the rest all giving +1 to protection or +3 to tumble, they'll draw a very different conclusion. Very different.

This has happened two or three times on the Khyber forums already that I can recall. I am old and have lost a lot of my memory so I might have missed one or two. I am not very good with computers so I can't get the search function to work either. Anyway, Khyber has done this already.

(Not really at all, though I'm hoping that the insults I get for my cockiness will help me build my final gear list. I'm already planning on getting Minos and I usually use Dreamspitter, but keep my Magi stick on for free buffs when I enter a quest. :P)
