is there one? only thing i can think of is dynastic falcata, but seeing as thats an explorer drop... ludicrously hard to get, if i want to hope for explorer shards, first i beg the ddo loot gods for a r of ss shard :P

epic helm of frost (might slot heavy fort, toughness elsewhere to replace minos, or make a min II hp item...)

Helm of frost, cloak of the silver concord, ring of the silver concord all give +7 charisma when epicced.

Dynastic falcata per se is not hard to get the shard,seal and scroll might be a different question.
For other +7 cha epic items try epic Cloak/Ring of the silver concord or epic helm of frost.
There might be others but I can't think of any atm.

Epic Vambraces of Inner Light also has a +7 cha, but it's heavy armor so not particularly good for a sorc.

Cloak of the Silver Concord, Ring of the Silver Concord, Helm of frost, Elyd Edge are a few once epic'd fact being I think cha is the most common in +7 stat items avail.

Epic Helm of Frost with Min 2 goggles. Whack Toughness on an Epic Envenomed Cloak.
Of course, don't make your Min 2 goggles at this time (while the shard combination recipe seems to be bugged on all Min 2 recipies)I don't have a zerging problem.
