Singed belt, Telvi's Sash, Thamor's Belt all have a boost specific to their respective focus, I think that the belt for the pale master set should also have a clickie that boost's their respective PrE.

Nihil clickies last for 3 minutes, Efficacy clickies only last 1 minute.
