    I currently run this capped built before the Angel of Vengeance pre was added i did some minor changes and got it in with out sacrificing my healing or DPS

    for 32 pt build drop int and wis to 8

    I have to say i have run this exact build through shroud as a healer and as dps through shav quests up to elite and even some epic content it does it job solid dps and able to be the healer for 6 man parties.

    this build does require some healing gear hunting and with a min2 and lit2 shim it hits very nicely..

    as for the Angel of Vengeance at just the bare min to get the full life with a shav potency necklace from save it averaging around 35 to 80 hp damage per sec on top of your dps but there is still more room to amp it up depending where you want to cut back from dps or healing

    Why the points in wisdom ?
    You're better off adding +1 int and +1 dex, since your DC will suck anyway.

    You know i dont honestly remember why i did.. as for the dex well i got +7 dex item so odd number not a problem also +7 strength item..at the time there was a reason why i put the extra in wis

    Forgive my noobness about monk but... why valeenar elf melee?
    I mean... this should works on scimitar if I remember well but if u'll use scimitar u're not centered as a monk and u will lost benefits. I don't think u take monk just for evasion, aren't u?

    Evasion, skill points, and bonus feats to pick up the TWF feats without sacrificing spellcasting metas.

    there are a few reasons to take the monk even though not centred

    1 up untill level 16 or so you can use hand wraps and stunning fist and do better dps then with shims but once you get GS shims or get all the AP line in shims your better off being uncentred. also you can do the dragon mark quest and get a free feat swap and change out the stunning fist for another monk feat in my case i believe it was toughness it was swapped for the build represents the final build not the levelling up build

    2 at lower levels the monk wisdom ac bonus is real handy for survival it does also translate to uncentred ac as well later levels..

    3 you got to LOVE evasion! with a +5 resistance ruin on my DT this toon has a good solid evasion right up to epics. but once in epics not a great idea to zerg through those traps ...lol

    last note.. monk is a wisdom class making it more compatible with FS then lets say rouge being a int class even though this build treats wisdom almost as a dump stat its still more important then lets say INT

    this is a live build not theoretical I play it every day and love it I find its solid on dps and healing although I have found in certain raids like tod and some epics if you dont have a good build tanking the boss you may have trouble keeping up with the healing vers the dps output of the bosses and have to heal scroll as well as heal spell the tank

    this build does not have the raw healing power of a full healer build but is normally more then enough to do the job you will find during main bos fights and epic raids that you may have to change equipment and settle into a healer mode instead of dpsing with the rest of the group
