    Default Submit Ticket broken?

    How do I submit a ticket now in-game?

    I used to be able to access it through the HELP panel, but I no longer can.

    They probably shut it down because of all the tickets they were getting about broken Greensteel Mineral II weapon crafting.

    (Sorry, I don't have any actual helpful information - haven't tried submitting a bug since the update)

    Bugs and Tickets are different, as explained in this sticky thread.

    Tickets can still be submitted from the Help menu after pressing the ESC button while logged into the game. However, please note that only VIP and some Premium subscriptions have access to submit tickets. For more information about which subscriptions can submit tickets, please see this sticky.

    Sorry, Victorie. When I tried last night (and I am VIP) I got only "black" pages for both.

    However, I did bother to submit 3 bug reports this morning though the web site.

    This issue can be resolved by deleting C;/program files/turbine/ddo/browser folder and restarting the client.

    If anyone continues to have problems submitting an in-game ticket, please contact Tech Support via the link in my signature.
