How do I submit a ticket now in-game?
I used to be able to access it through the HELP panel, but I no longer can.
Bugs and Tickets are different, as explained in this sticky thread.
Tickets can still be submitted from the Help menu after pressing the ESC button while logged into the game. However, please note that only VIP and some Premium subscriptions have access to submit tickets. For more information about which subscriptions can submit tickets, please see this sticky.

This issue can be resolved by deleting C;/program files/turbine/ddo/browser folder and restarting the client.
If anyone continues to have problems submitting an in-game ticket, please contact Tech Support via the link in my signature.
