(Misnomer in the title, and the original content of this thread; should be Quadruple Strike, when it says Triple Strike; maybe should get some sleep before typing these up)
Two things;
1. Make it so that when you double strike while dual-wielding, you apply your off-hand chance to proc to your extra attack; effectively meaning you can quadruple strike (2 Main hand attacks, and a chance to proc offhand attacks on each). Why?
As is, double strike means more for two-handed fighting toons; not to mention, it means attack haste overpowers double strike chance for dual-wielders.
Oh, and it would make the Tempest 3 double strike chance worth a ****. (+ you could then make Air monk and haste double-strike chance; which if it supposedly decreases lag so much, I see no reason not to implement it as such)
2. Create a two-handed equivalent to Khopesh; Why?
This would balance out the above change, and more importantly, increase the appeal of Two-Handed fighting to Fighters, who unlike most other classes, are as far from feat-starved as it gets; the extra damage related feat Two-Weapon fighting has to offer fighters (Khopesh) means Two-Weapon is often considered superior to Two-Handed for fighters.
And here's the weapon;
Katana(Really, any Oriental-Two handed sword would work)
1d12 17-20x2
If either of these is implemented, they would have to be implemented in tandem; as is these differences means both Two-handed and Two-weapon out-do the other under certain situations or character builds; to implement one change, and not the other, pretty much screws over the other weapon line.
