I deleted a specific character after rerolling one and fixing the typo on its original name. But the old toon is still in my Active characters yet it has already been deleted. How can I remove it from my list?

Me too , i deleted 2 chars and they are on my page and mess up my chances to be on the lotterys
and cause a delay on my ddo page to update

If you mean the MyDDO profile, those have never worked properly. Deleted toons may take a week or a month to disappear from there, if ever.
