Hi there,
if I view my unavailable enhancements on my Favored Soul / Elf I can see all the arcane caster manipulation lines with some prequesite in elf character level X. But even if I met the prequisites I can't take any line. Is this bugged and shouldn't be there or buggend and not WAI?
