    Unhappy Help! My Account becomes 2 subscriptions

    Hello,
    I had bought a DDO CDROM from Ebay. So I got a product key. I wanna upgrade my free account. But now, Becase of my poor English, my account becomes 2 subscriptions. One is free to play with my all characters. The other is VIP with no characters.
    I'm gonna cry, how to do this. Can you merge 2 subscriptions into 1 ?
