    Default Why can't I buy Turbine points through the DDO Store?

    Once again another Sale of Turbine Points is coming to an end. And once again I have been unable to purchase points. /

    This time the messge I get is "We are sorry, we were unable to successfully process this transaction." I get this whether I try to use Paypal, Mastercard, Visa. Ifind no mothod that could work.

    I could try sending a message to Customer Service but since the last two times when I tried I never recieved a reply I doubt I would get one this time either.

    I have bought Turbine Point Cards which I have been able to redeme. I have no trouble making purchases with those points. The only time I have trouble is when I try to purchase Turbine Points.

    I could continue buying points through a third party however it is more expensive that way. If I can't purchase through them, if they lack the decency to respond to messages regarding this problem, I have to wonder if they even want my business.

    For assistance with the store or points, please contact Account Management by using the link in my signature or calling. Please note that our support page and ticket system have recently changed, so please be sure you're using the new one. If you submit a ticket from the correct link, there are a couple of things that can cause a "no response":

    -your email can be blocking our response as spam or
    -there may be a typo in the email submitted for us to respond to (we use the one entered in the form, which may not always match the one on file on your account). I mention this only because it happens more often than you might expect.

    If the ticket is successfully submitted, you'll receive a confirmation page with a ticket number, and a confirmation email. We also recommend using IE or Firefox.

    At this time, I recommend submitting a new ticket.
