Once again another Sale of Turbine Points is coming to an end. And once again I have been unable to purchase points. /
This time the messge I get is "We are sorry, we were unable to successfully process this transaction." I get this whether I try to use Paypal, Mastercard, Visa. Ifind no mothod that could work.
I could try sending a message to Customer Service but since the last two times when I tried I never recieved a reply I doubt I would get one this time either.
I have bought Turbine Point Cards which I have been able to redeme. I have no trouble making purchases with those points. The only time I have trouble is when I try to purchase Turbine Points.
I could continue buying points through a third party however it is more expensive that way. If I can't purchase through them, if they lack the decency to respond to messages regarding this problem, I have to wonder if they even want my business.
