Seriously though... I mean, it's up to the individual you're trading it to. They're worth more than the Tor Scales (White, Blue, Black), but less than many scrolls.
My *personal* benchmark is I'll give away 1 FRDS for 1 LDScale and 1 LSStone (both).

That seems about right "on average" from what I have seen. Personally I give all mine to guildies....just too much work otherwise LOL.
