Do the dragonmark quest. It gives free feat respec. Or grind shards.

Or use a bit TPs(favor farm or something) for a right shard. Shards are usually only a bit over 100TP.

Sorcs should have been given ONE free feat to qualify for Prestige line 2, 3.

Have to agree with asking why? Wizards didn't get it when it came to archmage or pale master, rogues didn't get it when repeaters where added to mechanics, and no one else got one for any other PrE that required feat changes so why should sorcerers be so special?
A necromancer from before Pale Master came out.

Well I think the answers obvious. Because sorcerers are the chosen. Sure compared to others the pre's don't seem that way but that's all just a front from the dm's lol.
