    Default Constant disconnections.

    Ok, I have been itching to renew my VIP but decided to play around with my F2P until i got paid, I have been away from the game for a few months and came back to constant disconnections, insanely high latency and loss %

    Before you suggest the usual fixes I have tried them, power cycled router, my ports are open and every other game I have runs 100% perfectly. I couldn't imagine paying for service like this at all, lag I can deal with, the odd spike now and again is natural when I live in the UK. Anyone else experience this and found a fix that works?

    Latency is usually around 1000-2000
    And loss % is around 7-15%

    Whos your ISP?

    Playing from the UK getting around 110-130ms lattency with around 0.5-1% loss.

    Are you using BT?

    You could try flushing the DNS cache, I suppose.

    Is a firmware update available for your wireless router?

    Have you tried testing your connection to the DDO server while hardwired to the internet with your ethernet card?

    I am using o2, currently when I am both wired and even when wireless I still get disconnected, even though I have at the minimum (peak times) 10mb/s coming down the line, I can download stuff fast and play other games without connection lag, some do give system lag. DDO is not the most resource hogging game I have played, nor is it one that needs a great connection, this does not make me want to buy VIP even though I love the game.
