Default Will the crafting hall be moved in the future?

When the House Cannith enclave is introduced, will the crafting hall be moved there? The only reason I ask is that House Cannith has a monopoly on crafting weapons and such, and most competition is ... ahem... "strongly discouraged". I cant imagine that the leaders of House C would let House K have an unsanctioned crafting area in their enclave without some sort of protest and subversion. The Free Agents might have issues with their station as well, but not like the new crafting would.
The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.

I would keep it there, I don't go to House K much other than to poke fun at the dwarves once in a while.

Put a Crafting Hall in all major city zones.

Pfft. Make the crafting hall a part of the sewers so that it makes sense that you can go through a marked door in any zone and get there.

    Quest line for U23:
House Cannith hire you to sabotage the crafting stations in House K. They give you some sort of symbiote to implant in them during deconstruction that makes them all go crazy and start deconstructing items into a thin goo instead of blanks and ingredients.

Then the House Cannith rep looks at you all sort of shifty-like when you ask if they've ever heard of a dwarf called Haywire...
