    Default Please turbine, take my money.

    So I've been trying to pay my sub with a different card after a long hiatus but the common

    "The system was unable to update your billing information. Please verify your billing information and try again later. If you continue to experience this error, you may wish to try another credit card or contact your issuing bank. To request further assistance, please visit support.turbine.com. [err: 30005] "

    Issue has been cropping up, as I'm not in the US, I refuse to make international calls to sort this out, and no, predictably, I don't own a fax machine or feel comfortable faxing payment details. I've tried two different cards and I know there's nothing wrong with the details I'm entering.

    How does one actually pay for this game?

    This is a common problem, try searching for 30005 in this forum.

    If you won't phone still file a ticket with account support as usual, at least for reference.

    I have the exact same problem as you and i tried different card as well.
    And i refuse to pay for international call to solve this problem as well.

    Why does it have to be a pain to get my credit card to work with my account?

    I submitted a ticket and the reply was that the only way to get it to work is to call them or fax them.

    If turbine doesnt want my money , then they shall not have it.

    Quite annoying.

    I couldn't update my billing info due to this same error.. so I was in touch via emails with them... they got my VIP working.. now one month later, I log on today to find out it's deactivated again... and still can't update the billing info on my own. Sheez. One would assume they would at least try to fix the problem that keeps them from getting more money.

    I have the same problem, and after spending two hours trying to get it to take 4 different credit cards, I guess I will just go play a different game that will actually take my money. The weird thing is that there is a vaild credit card on file, and it won't let me use it or even re-enter that card to become a VIP.
