I´m playing with the thought to lesser reincarnate to adjust some stats.
How about the bonus feat (from House J I think): Draconic Vitality.It adds+10HP
Can I talk to the patron again to get this reward?
Other rewards like House P the pendant or silver flame item work this way as well.

All LR does is make your toon reset its levels. It does not touch your favor, inventory or favor-gained feats.Silvercypher - Ahril - Silverslash

On a straight lesser (no level swaps), I noticed that my Draconic Vitality feat was fine. People who
have lesser reincarnated and swapped class levels have reported that they lost this feat. The assertion was
that if you swapped the class level that took the DV feat, you lost it. I can't confirm/deny this but it's something
to be wary of.
