Default poor service to those with military Address

    Hello,
    i have been a customer since 2007.
i have had a FPO AP Address since then as well.
i have had VIP since then up until a few months ago.
i tried to update my CC info and gues what, yes your right your new security system says nope not allowed. i say ok i try to call, well guess what my phone bill for this month was 200.00 dollars because i wanted to try and talk to a person to get my CC added. but your longgggg wait times do not allow this.
as you can see I AM NOT in the US i am at a base oversea's again i have a Military Address.

now on the forums your reps suggest i fax my CC information to you???
are you people aware of personnel information security?? i had to already in my lifetime change My Social and name due to someone else stealing my personnel information and your asking me to trust you and fax to you my CC and personnel information to a unknown number and trust my fax will not get aaaahhhhmmmm "wink" "wink" "Lost"??.
now out of thousands of companys i deal with not once have i had this problem.
    lets see
    Sony - nope
    turbine - nope
    amazon - nope
    microsoft - nope
    oakley - nope
just to name a few off top of my head.
now i relize your trying to protect your users, but is this really going to far?
and what other ways can we utilize to actually get our VIP back and credit card information updated not just vip back ?? something that also does not run up my phone bill because your company decided to be one of the few that utilize this new security system?
and something that ensures that my personnel information or PI does not get out to the masses?

    Thank you

Question May I offer a suggestion?

I don't know your situation wholely, so keep this in mind.

Is there a person in the states whom could ACTIVATE a prepaid CC for you and maybe that would work better?

no all long gone from this world.
my immediate loved ones live with me.
i am just surprised that they would "bury head in sand" so to speak over this and not bother to have a better system.

my trust is limited to face to face transactions or somewhat via computer secure Credit card authorization i can see the nice lock icon on IE and get a good feeling, a Fax is so arcane and ancient yet they do this it seems to save a buck.
now they should be able to allow me to update my CC expire date but the new system does not allow even this.
thats all i need to do is update the expiration date. not add a new CC or anything else.
