    Personally, on an 18/2, I find the THF chain, Power Attack, IC: Slashing, Toughness, Cleave, Stunning Blow, and Quick Draw pretty attractive as feat options.

    Or, drop Quick Draw and go 1 Fighter/1 Rogue for some sneak attack damage (minor bonus) and UMD (bigger bonus).

    - People still seem to forget the fact that any online game contains lag, whether it be server side or player side. And lag lowers control responsiveness.
    - Enemies move around. They aren't going to stand still for you. You have to chase them and maintain your footing in this game to twitch properly, which takes both prediction and effort.
    - It also takes more energy to constantly be twitching. You can't twitch properly without moving around, circle strafing your target, etc. Your muscles get tired from pushing buttons all the time. It is unavoidable.
    - It's impossible in practice to constantly maintain the temporary buffs like Haste Boost that are needed to bring the twitching numbers over the standing + glancing blow numbers. During the 10 second cooldown against a boss, your DPS levels fall behind.

    Back when I was a THF Kensai and post update, I relied on glancing blows all the time when tanking bosses. I only lost aggro a couple of times and they were only to extremely well-geared Barbarians and Monks on days where I was too tired to keep up on them with all of my boosts.

    It's just simple: Additional sustainable damage = additional hate generation. Reliability trumps everything in this game.

    I still stand by my playtesting and advice from old pros like Shade that the new glancing blow improvements add significantly more DPS than twitching against a non-held enemy.

    I've actually known him since before you moved and ran with him for just as long (I'm kinda like the Great Gatsby who came from PuG origins, so naturally I still do it all the time).

    I also see a lot of the time, at least to me, that you are both pretty unpopular with other players.

    Just in case anyone cares:
    I did a test on sobrien post u9 unbuffed (except gh rage haste):

    2:26 and 2:36 (average 2:31 = 151 sec) for No twitch on 18/2

    2:50 and 2:42 (average 2:46 = 166 sec) for twitch on 18/2

    Non twitch on 18/2 does 10% more dps than twitch by these numbers

    I was stopping to refresh frenzy/death frenzy on all runs which in retrospect may have been gimping me a little bit, but I did it consistently for all runs so that shouldnt affect much.
