Questions on TR'ing XP and process.

My friends and I are just starting our first TR. Through the harbor so far we are running N/H/E on every quest. Can you cap off a 1st TR and even beyond by hitting all quests NHE or do you have to hard grind x3-6N/H/E to get there? I've checked the XP tables and I'm not sure if those include things like tamper, ransack, conquest, flawless, & persistent bonuses. I know it doesn't include potions, shrines, or Voice. I'd rather not have to have a 2nd character stashed with all the high XP quests as openers for stuff like Shadow Crypt, Thrall, etc

Can you NHE through a x2 TR if you are hitting every quest at or +1 quest level taking no penalties?

TBH people complain all too much about the xp needed.

At lower levels there is way more content than you need on your first TR. I jump any elite runs I can get my hands on and just n/h/e anything I cant.

After about lv16 things quite down and you need to think about n/h/e on alot of quests but its still not all that bad. Litany is one of the few quests you should xp-farm on your first TR assuming you are either VIP or own all expansion packs.
