Does Longstrider stack with striding or XR?

I assume it does not as I don't seem to notice a difference but then again Rangers often cast the mass buff and they can't all like to waste a spell slot, can they?

Capped rangers have 4 level 4 spell slots and 4 level 4 spells. (If you think having Longstrider is pretty useless, they can also summon a CR 4 cat.)
