Which quests drop these new collectibles? Small/Medium/Large Eberron Dragonshard Fragment?

I heard necropolis quests? But I did cursed crypt a few times, never got any.

I just got a small one in Waterworks: Rescuing Venn in TunnelWorm prison on elite.

Pretty sure I got all my 3 small ones on hard or elite.

There's a rumor- and it's only a rumor- that each character is secretly flagged with an entitled number of Eberron fragments, and that it counts down as you find them. That would mean there's a cap on how quickly you can obtain them, regardless of how many collectibles you farm.

I have 3 small ones so far. The shaman mini-boss behind a hidden door near in part 2 of rescuing Venn, in tunnelworm prison. But aren't they random drop-offs?

Bringing the light, harbor. on hard, solo. let the dogs out and it was in the bag in their "house"

They can drop anywhere. I have mainly seen them drop out of adventurers packs. Anyway, just click on all your collectibles! It's a great way to get dragonshard fragments.

Check out the static loot thread. You can turn em in for clickies, XP potions, loot clickies, etc.

We've been running Tangelroot on normal level 5/6 and I've received 2 medium shards from the wilderness area.

Anywhere is kinda vague and inaccurate.

There are definetely none in the new shavarath content.. Tho theres really no collectibles there at all.

But also found zero running monastary of the scorpion, which has lots of collectibles I checked - same stuff as in mod8. Ran it about 20+ times, pretty sure none drop there.

If medium drop in tangleroot, a lvl3-4ish quest.. Large may drop in fairly low lvl ones too, maybe lvl7-10?

Wow vVan! That's the most toolbars I've seen for a lvl 3 toon. You set them up from the beginning and just add things on them as you go? Nice organization on them.

Just pulled 2 medium back to back in collectibles in TR normal - same instance.

Been leveling a new char and looking for these.. They seem extremely rare.

Lvling from 1-4 doing mostly harbour quests I found zero small shards..

Just ran a tangleroot tho, checking almost every collectible and only found a single medium shard. Was on the first bookshelf tucked in on the left.

I know I can talk to NPCs who tell me what rewards are available, but I have yet to find a list that explains both the available options for turning one in, and what each one actually does. Can anyone help?

They are a very rare random that can drop from any type of node. There is no rhyme or reason to it. I pulled one off a dead mob, I have heard in beta they can pop out of breakables, and pulled them off anything you click on that gives a collectible. Smalls just seem to drop from level 6 on down quests. My best guess is smalls on 1-6 quests, medium on 7-12 quests, and large 13-20 from seeing them in beta play.

Again. Wrong.

I've run monastary 30+ times, with 6 people in the group and everyone clicking all the collectibles, at least 4+ per run, thats over 500 attempts and zero shards ever reported. They are limited to certain quests, or at least certain levels - lower lvls. Because there not so rare. Every run of tangleroot I've found at least 1 medium.
Also found 1 small in catacombs, in the one wihere you enter thru a tablet.

I also do not believe they drop off monster collectibles. SS or it didn't happen.

Definetely don't come from breakables, there collectibles, not random loot.

I'd say it's safe to say that they drop off any collectible node in quests level1-3 for small, 4-8 for medium and large unknown. Definetely not coming from lvl16+ quests.
