Price check for Scroll of Ring of Spell Storing

I was curious how much this is worth? I'd like to trade for one, but I honestly don't know a fair price point on this.

That's tough, because the typical answer for "What is X worth?" is simple..
What can you get people to pay for it?

Capitalism at it's finest!

What is a bottle of water worth?
Water falls from the sky freely. It fills the land around us. It even is piped directly into my house and I can have as much as I want by turning a simple handle for pennies a day.
Yet for some reason, this "commodity" sits on store shelves with a price tag on it.

Demand

• + + + Epic RoSS is awesome
• + + Epic RoSS works nicely on many classes and many, many toons
• - - - - Buyers are not very aggressive and will defer buying Scroll until after having Shard & Seal.
• - - Due to healthy supply (see below) friends are likely to exchange this Scroll for free or friendly rates
• - The Scroll is not junk but has a high likelihood of never being used (in the current way of things)
• - The Scroll value may compete with future Wildcard Scrolls discussed as part of Epic Reboot.

Supply

• + Not a common scroll, but not that rare either. Uncommon. Easy enough to acquire when you really want to buy one.
• + Those with the Scroll are unlikely to ever make an Epic RoSS either due to rarity of Shard, give up, and are willing to sell the Scroll quite readily. So there is a substantially large un-advertised supply lurking around.

Calm demand with ready supply = non-insane price.

Guess: 2-4 FRDS.
Much better than junk Scrolls but not a get-rich-quick ingredient. A reasonable price that might avoid someone's friend from just giving it to them for nothing.
