    Post Subscription/DDO Issue

    I recently added an ultimate game card to my account for a 30 day subscription, my turbine account says i'm premium but when i go onto my ddo account it treats my account like a free to play (no V.I.P/premium). In the email I got it said it would take around 30 minutes to activate but it's been an hour since i added the game card.
