It says class required Wiz, Sorc, Bard (UMD 26)

Is that UMD 26 just for the Bard? Or can any class with UMD higher than 26 use it?

Its like Al other Ike. The specified traits don't have to check. Everyone else has to umd. Bards don't Needs ime for the staff. Note epic vrsion has way higher ins era.

Arcanes and bards can use it with no UMD check.
Everyone else must have 26 UMD to equip it.

It works the same as the Chaosgarde, or the Adherent's Pendant.

I use it regularly on my Cleric.
